After a full day of sightseeing and touring the island of Curacao, it was time to return to a floating home-away-from-home, a symbol of travel and vacations. An evening view of the large Carnival Horizon cruise ship as it is docked at the Curacao Cruise Terminal port. It is a welcoming sight, and brilliantly illuminated against the clear night sky. The ship's multiple levels are visible with rows of lights and cabins, and the calm Caribbean Sea reflects the port side of the ship's lights, as it gets ready for sailing in the morning. Curacao is part of the 'ABC Islands' which includes Aruba, Bonaire (and Curacao). These are the westernmost island of the Leeward Antilles in the Caribbean.
